The “Per Me” bottling comes from hillside vineyards in Tuscany, where a combination of galestro soils, abundant sunshine, and cooling evening temperatures creates ideal conditions for producing wines of both concentration and freshness. Emphasizing low yields and traditional cellar practices, the estate sought to highlight the savory complexity, structure, and sense of place that have made Tuscany one of Italy’s most celebrated wine regions.
