2007 il Paradiso di Frassina "Twelve Uve" Rosso Maremma Toscana
Notes
Il Paradiso di Frassina is one of Tuscany’s most distinctive biodynamic estates, founded by former photographer Manfredi Martini and renowned for its holistic approach to viticulture, including the use of classical music in the vineyards. Located in the southern reaches of Montalcino, the estate’s vineyards benefit from galestro and clay-rich soils, Mediterranean sunshine, and cooling influences from nearby Monte Amiata, producing wines of both concentration and remarkable freshness. “Twelve Uve” (“Twelve Grapes”) reflects the estate’s creative spirit, blending multiple varieties grown on the property into a wine that emphasizes balance, aromatic complexity, and a transparent expression of the wild, biodynamically farmed Maremma-inspired landscape surrounding the estate.
