This wine is lush, with aromas of boysenberry, blueberry, spice, violet, toasted vanilla and dried herbs on the nose. The flavors on the palate are brambled blackberry, yellow plum and spearmint, interwoven with citrus zest, allspice, vanilla cream, mineral and a long finish.

The 2021 Gravity Red Blend is composed of 32% Petite Sirah, 29% Zinfandel, 27% Syrah, 7% Grenache and 5% Viognier, and the wine was matured for 19 months in 29% new French oak. It’s scented of Morello cherries, lilac, charcuterie and pepper with spicy undertones. The full-bodied palate is plush and velvety with bright acidity to balance its ripe flavors, and it has a long, gently allspice-laced finish.
