Aileron is a relatively new project from Shannon O’Shaughnessy, a longtime familiar face in the Napa wine industry. This project is one to watch—not only because the esteemed Phillipe Melka (Dana, Lail, Tusk) and Maayan Koschitzky (Screaming Eagle) have come on board, but because the vision is pinpointed on making some of the highest quality Sauvignon Blanc (from a Coombsville plot) and Cabernet Sauvignon (from high up on Atlas Peak) in the Valley.
