The 2025 Saracco Moscato d'Asti is an incredibly pristine, hyper-aromatic benchmark of the appellation. Paolo Saracco masterfully coaxes maximum tension out of the Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grown in the limestone and sandy marl soils of Castiglione Tinella, entirely avoiding the heavy, cloying profile that plagues commercial examples.
