True to tradition, this wine is vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel to let the primary fruit and the indigenous soul of the grape take center stage. It displays a vibrant ruby color with violet reflections. The nose is incredibly fragrant and vinous, bursting with crunchy red berries, dark plums, wild strawberries, and a touch of fresh aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is juicy, light-footed, and remarkably refreshing, balancing its dense fruit core with a bright acidic nerve and finely integrated, naturally dusty tannins.
