50% Negroamaro/50% Primitivo Felline began in 1992 in Manduria under Gregory Perrucci, whose family had long worked in the region’s vineyards. The estate helped revive Primitivo di Manduria through the Accademia dei Racemi project, which focused on researching and vinifying native Puglian grapes. Felline farms across varied soils in Manduria and vinifies parcels separately to preserve site character. The winery also works with historic local varieties such as Negroamaro, Ottavianello, Malvasia Nera and Susumaniello, some of which were rescued from near-extinction.
