James Suckling
Review Date: 12/2016A tangy and crisp white with sliced lemons, grapefruit and some stones. Aniseed, too. Medium-to full-bodied, linear and focused. Wonderful persistence. Bright and very long. 50% stainless steel and 50% neutral oak barrel during fermentation. Five months in barrel thereafter.
