Bodegas Lustau is one of the historic benchmark houses of Sherry, celebrated for its mastery of long-aged solera wines and its preservation of traditional Andalusian winemaking styles. “Emilín” is crafted from Moscatel grapes grown near the Atlantic coast around Chipiona, where sandy soils and intense southern Spanish sunlight allow the fruit to achieve exceptional ripeness and aromatic intensity. Aged oxidatively through the traditional solera system, the wine combines the floral, citrus, and spice-laden perfume of Moscatel with the concentrated richness and nutty complexity that define the great sweet wines of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.
