Apricot, peach pit, white flowers and mint are all laced together in the Lune d'Argent, the entry-level wine from Oliver Bernard's Clos des Lunes dry white wine project in Sauternes. The Lune d'Argent is 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, done mostly in steel, with a dash of barrel fermentation. (AG)
