Notes
Produced from mostly Grenache with smaller amounts of Mourvèdre, Syrah, Counoise, and Cinsault. Mostly fruit picked specifically for rosé. The fruit is crushed and immediately pressed into stainless steel tanks for a long cold fermentation. A small amount of saignée is also blended in for color and texture. Aged in 95% stainless steel and 5% neutral barrel.
