Sourced from loose, limestone-dominant calcareous soils ranging between 400 and 700 meters above sea level, Kettmeir vinifies this entirely in stainless steel to protect the grape's natural, crystalline verticality. In the glass, it shows a pale straw yellow with shimmering greenish highlights. The nose is exceptionally clean, bright, and varietally pure, opening with mountain aromas of sliced green apples, white peach, and a touch of apricot, layered with highly fragrant floral hints of wisteria and spring blossoms, alongside a cool streak of minty garden herbs.
