Reviewed October 2025This is aromatically quite similar to the Petit Chablis save for perhaps just a bit more ripeness. On the palate though there is notably better volume with the same fine density to the middle weight flavors while delivering better overall depth and length on the unusually powerful finale for a villages-level Chablis. Another green tinted colour, but noticeably more saline in style. Some ripeness to the perfume, plenty of energy, a peppery note, crunchy finish, good typicity. Drink from 2026-2028. Tasted Jun 2025.
