Caroline Charriere has excellent old vine fruit from around the hamlet of Courthezon, one of the maine zones for Chateauneuf-du-Pape production. Her Blanc is all old vine fruit made with 45% Grenache Blanc, 45% Roussanne and 10% Viognier. All the wine is fermented and aged in concrete tanks.
