Sourced from elevated vineyards (600 to 800 meters) on Etna’s southwestern and southern slopes across Biancavilla and Belpasso, this vintage is heavily defined by a challenging growing season marked by intense summer heat, strong winds, and extreme diurnal shifts. To preserve its energy, the juice was fermented in stainless steel, with 20% aged in 15-hectoliter oak casks for 6 to 9 months before early summer bottling. In the glass, it shows a pale straw color with star-bright clarity.
