Domaine des Carlines was founded in 2015 by husband and wife team, Patrick and Sophie Ligeron. Patrick was born in Jura and Sophie had a longstanding career in the wine industry. They now live their dreams through 11 hectares of vines in Ménétru-Le-Vignoble, part of Château-Châlon appellation. Handpicked lots were vinified separately for Voile de Chardonnay and the wine fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
