As for the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate, it is 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot versus the 100% Cabernet Sauvignon in the 2014. Exhibiting terrific fruit ripeness, a dense opaque purple color, beautiful sweet blackberry and cassis fruit with underlying crushed rock minerality, this full-bodied, multidimensional, dense wine has low acidity, velvety tannins and a long, heady finish. Lovely and approachable, with oak and mocha overlaying the black fruits. Rich and juicy, this pulls out all the stops; very concentrated but not too heavy-handed. (DA)

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate shows all of the natural richness of the year in its dark, super-concentrated fruit. There is no shortage of depth or intensity, although a slightly roasted note keeps the 2015 from being as compelling as it could be. Blueberry jam, spice, mocha and chocolate open up in the glass.
