The 2018 Chardonnay Zotovich Family Vineyard takes some time to blossom from its initial aromas of cheese rind and crushed almonds, to give way to an intense core of apple pie and citrus blossom. The medium-bodied palate is satiny and very fresh, with restrained, mineral-laced fruits and a long, taut finish. All that fresh acidity will allow this to pair widely at the table. (EB)

The 2018 Chardonnay Zotovich Family Vineyard is a total knock-out. Bright and sculpted in the glass, the Zotovich screams with character. More than anything else, the Zotovich has so much depth and yet remains light on its feet. Tangerine oil, lemon confit, hazelnut and light honeyed notes build as the 2018 opens up in the glass.
