Aromas leap from the glass with ripe starfruit, white nectarine, and hints of orange blossom, layered against crushed seashell and wet crushed stones. The vineyard’s shallow, rocky soils lend a concentrated edge upon the first sip. On the palate, the wine carries striking intensity, moving between Meyer lemon, pineapple core, and salted almond, framed by an undercurrent of electric tension. There is a coiled strength at its core, suggesting further evolution with cellaring, yet already it reveals harmony between fruit, minerality, and acidity. The finish stretches long and clean, carrying a saline echo alongside delicate floral lift. This Chardonnay demonstrates both depth and restraint, and is a benchmark expression of Koosah Vineyard.
