Bid on this 5-bottle lot of 2011 Gargiulo "Money Road Ranch" Napa Valley Merlot - (92CT) "Tastes like the grapes got a little too ripe, which gives the wine a sweetly jammy or pie-filling blackberry and cherry flavor. Add in lots of smoky, caramelized new oak, and this Merlot can't really be described as dry, no matter how good the individual flavors are."

Gargiulo “Money Road Ranch” Merlot is produced by Gargiulo Vineyards, a family-owned Napa Valley winery founded by Valerie and Aprile Gargiulo, whose family is also known for the Gargiulo produce company. The wine is sourced from the Money Road Ranch estate vineyard in Oakville, located along Money Road in the center of Napa Valley. Gargiulo Vineyards focuses on small-production, estate-grown Bordeaux varieties from organically farmed vineyards surrounding the family’s Oakville property.
