This ups the ripeness level another notch with its array of dark berry liqueur, pepper and black cherry coulis scents. There is excellent richness to the opulent, dense and rounded flavors that are quite bold, indeed the slightly grippy, firm and rustic finish is robust. This will also need at least some patience.
