The 2023 Riesling Eichberg Grand Cru was picked in three parcels of this Grand Cru, namely Obergrot, Oberer Stribicher and Niedereich, from vines that are, on average, over 40 years old. Lovely flint plays around hints of green citrus. The smooth, cool flow of limestone stretches out with aromatic citrus, bright and brisk yet so gentle, soothing and cooling, bone dry and impeccably balanced. (Bone-dry)(AK)
