A delicious blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Zinfandel, 10% Petite Sirah. All organically grown in Paso Robles. The fruit was fermented in a mix of concrete and stainless steel using native yeasts. 10% whole-clusters were included. Individual lots were matured in 225L and 500L neutral oak barrels for 18 months.
