The 2023 Puligny-Montrachet Les 8 Climats has a light bouquet of green apple with hints of yellow fruit and verbena that unfurls nicely with aeration. The palate is quite vibrant on the entry, linear with a twist of sour lemon and modest weight on the understated finish. This is probably an early-drinking Puligny but well made.(NM)
