While often confused with the estate’s traditional Rosso di Montalcino DOC, the Grammatica is its own distinct label—conceived to offer a highly precise, accessible window into the estate's hallowed ground by combining mostly estate-grown fruit with a small portion of carefully sourced, high-quality Sangiovese from neighboring parcels. Following a spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in traditional concrete vats, this 2023 release (totaling a limited 10,350 bottles) was raised primarily in neutral vessels to let the raw, unadorned energy of the grape take center stage.
