Cave De Beblenheim Crémant d'Alsace Black Rose
Notes
Cave de Beblenheim is a cooperative founded in 1952 in the village of Beblenheim in Alsace, established when 65 families from the village and surrounding communes pooled their production and expertise to preserve the region's winemaking traditions following the devastation of two World Wars. The cooperative is housed in a half-timbered building in the heart of the village and today encompasses around 170 member families farming approximately 285 hectares across five surrounding communes, with Grand Cru holdings in the Sonnenglanz and Schoenenbourg vineyards. The Black Rosé is a Crémant d'Alsace produced under the cooperative's Crémant range, which spans approximately ten distinct cuvées.
