Review Date: 01/2026Always amongst the first vines harvested (hint: the cru name means “stoves”, so it ripens nicely), this 70-year-old vine fruit saw 15% oak this year. Peachy intensity reverberates through the wine with apricot strudel notes sliding into the generously sappy finish. The purity is divine!

15% wood. Medium yellow, the bouquet is a little more rounded thanks to the wood component, which is perfectly integrated. Even greater intensity further back, the return of the ripe citrus, a saline note to finish. Promising. Drink from 2028-2032. Tasted Jun 2025.
