All stainless steel. A slighter fuller yellow. The Fourneaux repeats the crystalline style seen in the earlier wines. Really crunchy and again with the strong lemon drop content. A little more flesh on the palate, and a little less marine behind. Still, very nicely made. Drink from 2027-2031. Tasted Jun 2025.
