Review Date: 01/2026Sitting in very stony soils where the Kimmeridgian limestone lies close to the surface, this shows chiseled acidity and serious palate tension. Meyer lemon, oyster crackers and a whisper of cream mesh together on the vigorous palate. Compelling in its intensity, this could use a few years to settle down.

80-year-old vines, all done by hand, as the tractor cannot get in here. Hailed but survived. Not yet racked. Lemon and lime colour. Light breadstick nose, with the stones, barely reductive. Such energy at the back, builds flesh yet retains its strong left bank constitution. Wonderful Chablisian energy. Drink from 2028-2034. Tasted Jun 2025.
