The Gavoty family has cultivated its estate in Cabasse, in Provence’s Var department, since 1806. Its 2025 Grand Classique Rosé carries the Côtes de Provence appellation, connecting a long-established family domaine with one of southern France’s historic Mediterranean winegrowing areas.
