Maison Harbour Vosne-Romanée “Champs Perdrix” is a Pinot Noir from the Vosne-Romanée appellation in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits produced by Maison Harbour, the small négociant project founded by Thomas Pastuszak. The wine comes from the lieu-dit Champs Perdrix, a vineyard site situated on the northern side of Vosne-Romanée near the border with Flagey-Échezeaux. Maison Harbour focuses on limited-production Burgundy wines from sustainably farmed vineyard parcels, using restrained élevage and minimal-intervention winemaking to emphasize site expression.
