2013 Maison Harbour Pommard 1er Cru "Les Chanlins"
Notes
Maison Harbour Pommard 1er Cru “Les Chanlins” is a Pinot Noir from the Pommard appellation in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune produced by Maison Harbour, the négociant project founded by American sommelier-turned-winemaker Thomas Pastuszak. The wine comes from the Premier Cru vineyard Les Chanlins, a site on the Volnay side of Pommard known for limestone-rich soils and comparatively refined expressions of the appellation. Maison Harbour works with small, sustainably farmed vineyard parcels across Burgundy, producing limited-production wines with minimal-intervention élevage and restrained use of new oak.
