2023 Domaine Coche-Dury Monthelie Rouge

This is very fresh, and particularly so in the context of the 2023 vintage, with its layered array of a mix of various red berries, spice and more subtle earth influence. The succulent and lightly stony flavors exude a very subtle minerality that adds a sense of lift to the lingering finale that is shaped by relatively fine-grained tannins. Note that this is sufficiently supple that it could easily be enjoyed young.
