Notes
Domaine Coche-Dury began in the nineteen-twenties when Léon Coche assembled small Meursault parcels that later passed to his son Georges, who expanded the holdings. Jean-François Coche assumed control in nineteen seventy-three, joined by his wife Odile Dury, giving the domaine its current name. Raphaël Coche entered full-time in nineteen ninety-nine and took over winemaking in twenty ten. The estate farms roughly nine hectares across Meursault and nearby communes, focusing on Chardonnay with additional Aligoté and Pinot Noir. Premier Cru sites include Perrières, Caillerets, and Genevrières, while Corton-Charlemagne was added in nineteen eighty-six. Fermentation and élevage follow traditional Burgundian methods with extended lees aging and modest new oak.
