The 2005 Extra-Brut Avize Champ Caïn Grand Cru is a tiny re-release from Jacquesson. Orange peel, hazelnut, chamomile and lightly honeyed overtones all build in the glass. The 2015 is exceptional, especially for what was an uneven year. Once again, time is a friend when it comes to top Champagne. What a beauty. (AG)
