The palate is equally appealing with excellent weight and fruit purity, wonderfully complemented savoury nuances and finely infused tannins. Certified organic.

Delicate and dark-fruited notes of wild blackberries, dark cherries, cocoa beans, Asian spices and dried rose petals. The palate is bright and focused with ultrafine tannins and clear, tightly wound flavors of bark, hibiscus and graphite. Very precise with an underlying tension. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
