To preserve maximum freshness and varietal character, the hand-harvested fruit was fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, avoiding malolactic fermentation and oak influence before bottling in January 2026. In the glass, it presents a straw yellow color with subtle greenish hues. The nose is highly aromatic and fresh, opening with fragrant notes of white peach, citron peel, and white blossoms, layered with classic coastal undertones of wild sage, thyme, and a distinct sea-breeze salinity. On the palate, the wine is light-to-medium-bodied, energetic, and clean.
