arie-Noëlle Ledru produced Cuvée du Goulté only in top years, drawing exclusively from her old Pinot Noir vines in Ambonnay and Bouzy, two of Champagne’s most powerful Grand Cru terroirs. The 2014 bottling comes from low-yield parcels farmed without herbicides, a continuation of Ledru’s long-standing commitment to meticulous, hands-on viticulture. Fermentation took place in stainless steel with native yeasts, followed by extended lees aging that deepened texture while preserving the wine’s chalk-driven precision. The cuvée was bottled with minimal dosage to highlight the natural concentration of Pinot Noir from these south-facing slopes. Production was extremely small, reflecting Ledru’s artisanal scale and her focus on purity and terroir clarity.
