Ahh Winery is an extremely small, hands-on Sonoma operation founded and run by Bruce and Krassimira Rector, producing only a few barrels per year. The project began under the name Ooh and Ahh Winery before transitioning briefly to Bruce H. Rector Winery and finally to Ahh Winery, the trademarked name used today. The Rectors farm and source Pinot Noir from Brickhill Vineyard in the Sonoma Coast and from Bien Nacido Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. Production is fully manual, focused on small-lot Pinot Noir made with an all-hand approach and sold directly to customers.
