Shows beautiful concentration and lemony acidity from this great vineyard. A naturally sunny site, the wine has volume and weight, but the altitude and underlying calcareous subsoil give complementary freshness. Chalky in texture, with sweet fruit and a soft mineral acidity. Harvested by hand, fermented using yeasts from the vineyard. Unfined and unfiltered, and aged for a year in large oak.
