Domaine Rolet was founded in 1942 by Désiré Rolet and expanded under his four children, who built it into one of the Jura’s benchmark estates. The domaine farms roughly 65 hectares across Arbois, Côtes du Jura, L’Étoile, and Château-Chalon, planting all five traditional Jura grapes on soils matched to each variety. Farming is sustainable, with ongoing organic conversion and meticulous vineyard work on steep marl and limestone slopes. All fruit is estate grown and harvested by hand. Winemaking balances tradition and precision, producing both oxidative and non-oxidative whites, structured reds, Crémant, Vin Jaune, and Macvin. Since 2018, the Devillard, Dupuis, and Flambert families have guided the estate while preserving its Jura identity.
