Aged in a mix of concrete, tinaja, and stainless steel, this Verdejo presents great varietal character, with balsamic and minty notes enhancing its herbal aromas. On the palate, pine needle freshness and ripe pineapple lend a classic and fruity profile. This is more intense than the previous vintage, a reflection of the year. It offers a lot of complexity for the value of the wine.
