Domaine Pierre Gaillard is a family estate based in Malleval in the northern Rhône, established in 1981 when Pierre and Pascale Gaillard planted their first vines at the Clos de Cuminaille in Saint-Joseph. Pierre has since built the domaine to 25 hectares across the steep hillside vineyards of Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, Cornas, Crozes-Hermitage, and Saint-Péray, farming predominantly Syrah alongside Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne. The domaine is now run with Pierre's three children.
