Looking at the two Sauvignon Blancs, the 2019 Fume Blanc Reserve To Kalon Vineyard was fermented and aged in 11% concrete and 40% new barrels. It’s a medium-bodied, pure, vibrant effort offering notes of white grapefruits, crushed flowers, and some chalky, mineral-like nuances.
