A reserved yet impressively complex nose blends together red and black raspberry plus black cherry and menthol aromas that give way to rich, delicious and solidly intense flavors that possess a dusty mouth feel as well as a palate coating finish of notable length. This is a fine effort because it carries the clear signs of underlying development potential and while there is a trace of backend warmth, it is quite subtle. In a word, lovely.
