Their name, drawn from the Greek “Leto,” meaning the hidden one, nods to their behind-the-scenes careers. The winery produces limited-production Napa Valley wines, typically under 1,500 cases annually, sourced from small, independently owned vineyard parcels. Production relies on old-school methods, including native fermentations, low-yield fruit, and small-lot vinification.
