The Wine Palate
The 2021 Mayacamas Range Zinfandel is medium to deep purple-black colored. Notes of juicy blackberries, raspberry pie, and Morello cherries jump from the glass, giving way to nuances of cinnamon stick, cloves, and dried roses. The medium to full-bodied palate has a pleasant chewiness to the texture with a racy line cutting through the dense black fruit preserves flavors, finishing on a stewed tea note.
