Tiziano Mazzoni crafts this authentic gem from old Nebbiolo vines (locally called Spanna) tucked away in Ghemme-adjacent sandy-clay plots loaded with acidic, glacial-alluvial gravel. Fermented spontaneously and raised strictly in stainless steel and large, ancient neutral wood, Mazzoni skips heavy new-oak makeup entirely to preserve the raw, energetic snap of the northern hills.
