Review Date: 01/2026Pale colour, a touch of sandalwood. Crisp white fruit, medium boded, softer behind though still with good acidity. Medium bodied, with some length, the more elegant of the two Bourgognes. Drink from 2026-2028. Tasted Oct 2025.

The 2024 Bourgogne Côte d'Or Rue de Bois comes from the parcel next to the winery on the outskirts of the Puligny. Pretty lime and almost strawberry scents on the nose that are well defined. The palate is fresh on the entry, simple but crisp with a bright citric finish. Fine.(NM)
