Distinctly savory in the glass, the 2023 Nuts, Bolts mixes rosemary and gravel dust with olive and black raspberry. It is more fruit-focused on the palate, with a core of crisp minerality to balance its vivid blackberry and cherry tones as an air of violet pastille amasses toward the close. This echoes with tension, long and staining, gently tannic, leaving a sweet lavender concentration to linger. (EG)
